抑郁症(轻中度)自然疗法

抑郁症 (Depression) 是一种常见的精神疾患,程度轻重不一。下面描述的许多天然疗法已经在轻中度抑郁症患者当中经受过评估并得到一定的科学证据支持。轻中度抑郁是指比单纯的坏心情要严重,但比大多数严重的、需住院治疗的抑郁症要轻。它的典型特征是情绪低落、缺乏活力、睡眠不好、焦虑、食欲紊乱、注意力不能集中、承受压力能力较差及易激惹。

抑郁症

较严重的抑郁症包括情绪明显低落,伴有语速缓慢、反应迟钝(或过激)、记忆力下降、注意力不集中、睡眠过度(或过少)、体重明显减轻(或增加)、强烈的无用感和罪恶感、反复出现的自杀念头、对娱乐活动不感兴趣等。这种严重的抑郁症非常危险。患者极度痛苦,他们大脑的情感构造已经被 “冰冻” 成一个固定的悲惨模式,不被意志及环境所改变,甚至连最真挚的劝说引导也无效。如果你有这种严重的抑郁症,请立即就医。
