- 铬 (Chromium):铬是一种人体需要的微量元素,对机体营养有着重要的作用。虽然对铬的研究主要集中在改善糖尿病病人的血糖控制上,但也有对减低体重和体脂百分比研究的相关尝试,并且取得了一定的成功。这两种潜在的益处都归功于铬能够提高机体对胰岛素的敏感性。大约有十组双盲试验对铬在减肥方面的潜在好处进行过评估。结果表明铬可能有助于降低体重,但只有轻微的作用。
