吸烟者的营养不良自然疗法

吸烟是导致癌症和心血管疾病最危险的因素之一。一个人吸烟越多,时间越久,其死于癌症、心脏病或中风的危险就越大。另外,吸烟者更容易感冒或感染其它疾病,这一点可能并不为人所熟知。当然,这些问题的最好解决方法就是戒烟,然而对很多人来说这并非易事。

吸烟者的营养不良

抽烟的人常会缺乏多种营养物质,其中包括锌、钙、叶酸、维生素C、维生素E、胡萝卜素、以及各种必需脂肪酸。这样的营养缺乏可能是由于多种原因造成的,比如说香烟中的自由基会破坏体内的天然抗氧化剂。然而有些营养物质的缺乏可能更应该归因于吸烟者不健康的饮食。调查发现:与正常人相比,吸烟者的饮食更为不平衡和不健康。

有证据表明叶酸或者维生素C补充剂可改善吸烟者的血管功能,从而有利于预防心脏疾病。维生素E可减低吸烟者前列腺癌的风险。一般来说,服用多种维生素及矿物质补充剂有益于大多数吸烟的人,虽然如果能从各种蔬菜水果中直接获取这些营养成分效果会更好。
